History

Loschelder Rechtsanwälte was established in 2002 by nine partners of the Cologne office of Norton Rose; prior to that the office had been part of Gaedertz Vieregge Quack Kreile, one of Germany’s leading firms for business law. Since 2002 four partners have joined us from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

We offer legal solutions for companies and governmental authorities in all matters of domestic and international business and corporate law. We act for our clients by giving advice, by joining them in their negotiations and by representing them in court and arbitration proceedings.

Our lawyers follow and support these developments by publishing books and articles in legal journals. Many of them teach at universities and train lawyers inside and outside the firm. Our firm supports the next generation of lawyers by doctoral scholarships.

Contact

Each case and each client merits its team, and each of us shares work with colleagues of other practice areas. But we place great importance on every client having a primary contact within the firm. This lawyer (usually a partner) should be familiar with the client generally and will do the work personally or coordinate the work with specialists of other practice areas as appropriate.
