Christian Musiol mainly advises in the field of intellectual property law especially regarding law against unfair competition, trademark and copyright law and the law of diffamation. Besides all aspects of press law his focus lies on questions of law on advertising and protection of product designs and get-ups. Furthermore, he is a lecturer with the training programme ‘Specialized Lawyer for Copyright and Media Law’ at the ‘German Lawyer’s Association Academy’ and is also a board member of the Regional Group West of the GRUR (German Society for the Protection of Intellectual Property and Copyright) and a member of the INTA International Trademark Association as well as ECTA European Communities Trade Mark Association.
