Dr. Detlef Grimm provides legal advice in all fields of individual and collective labour law. His main focus is on restructuring and operational changes, employees adjustment, Works Constitution and Collective Bargaining Agreements Act as well as support of companies regarding employees’ data protection and development of compliance systems. He is member of the Working Group of Specialised Lawyers in the German Bar Association (DAV), of the German Labour Court Association as well as of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA). Dr. Detlef Grimm is lecturer of the Deutsche AnwaltAkademie (German Lawyers Academy) and the Beck-Academy. He is permanent contributor to the journal ‘Der Arbeitsrechtsberater’ (The Labour Law Consultant).
