Dr. Thomas Schulte-Beckhausen is specialised on all issues of intellectual property and copyright law. His focus is advice and court representation in trade mark and unfair competition matters. Moreover, Dr. Schulte-Beckhausen gives legal advice on the admissibility of standard contractual clauses and regularly defends clients against claims based on the German Act on Injunctive Relief (Unterlassungsklagengesetz). He is author of numerous publications on trade mark law and law against unfair competition and a regular lecturer in the training programme ‘Specialized Lawyer for the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights’.
