Dr. Volker Schoene mainly advises on trademark law, unfair competition law and food law. He also is an expert in the registration of and litigation on geographical indications for foodstuffs. Furthermore, he advises on media and telecommunication law. Volker Schoene is chief editor and co-author of "GRUR Prax", a journal on unfair competition law and intellectual property published by C.H.Beck Verlag, formerly "Beck Online – Fachdienst Gewerblicher Rechtsschutz". Finally, he lectures in seminars on trademark law organized by C.H.Beck.
