Dr. Wilfried Rüffer offers comprehensive advice on general civil law especially regarding insurance, bank, succession and estate law. Due to his former singular admittance to the Higher Regional Court in Cologne and many years of experience, he is an expert in civil law proceedings. Dr. Rüffer is co-author of a standard book on insurance law and co-editor of a commentary on the new Insurance Act. He is member of the Working Group Insurance Law in the German Bar Association, the German Society for Inheritance and Succession Law and the German Society for Law of Succession.
