Family law regulates not only the unpleasant side of a separation or divorce, but also issues of lineage, family relations and marriage.

Our family law practise aims to provide precautionary advice on, for example, drafting marital agreements in order to minimise the dispute potential as well as agreements dealing with the consequences of divorce, often in close connection with last wills and testaments.

We also advise and represent our clients in marital disputes and divorce proceedings, including follow-up issues. This concerns not only the assertion of or defence against claims, but also the development of financially reasonable and feasible solutions.

A special focus lies on the resolution of monetary disputes between spouses, e.g. claims to payment to equalise financial gains achieved during the time of marriage as well as legal advice on dividing up joint property.
