We support TV stations and the providers of telemedia in all questions concerning the organisation and dissemination of their programs. This includes the formation of a broadcasting station and management of the licensing procedure including concentration-law aspects and regulatory procedures (e.g. protection of children and adolescents).We will draft and negotiate contracts for you on the supply, composition and distribution of any kind of content.

Where distribution is regulated by the government, we will oversee the necessary procedure for the allocation of terrestrial and/or cable transmission capacity at the state media agencies. We will also negotiate the infrastructure contracts with network operators (satellite, terrestrial, cable, DSL, etc.) for you and advise you on all questions concerning the digital distribution of content, especially the design and use of technical platforms (e.g. conditional access and navigators) and program platforms.
