We advise telecommunication companies from all branches of the industry (especially fixed line networks, mobile phone networks, internet and TV cable networks) comprehensively on all questions concerning regulation of the market. We support them in licensing procedures, especially in questions regarding access to frequencies, numbers and routes, and in all aspects concerning the development of new, innovative products (e.g. voice over IP).

The focus of our work in this field lies on disputes regarding access to networks (interconnection, access to subscriber connection lines, bit stream, etc.) and the drafting of fee schedules for the telecommunication companies at the wholesale and end-customer level, on regulatory and abuse proceedings as well as on disputes pertaining to civil law. We also advise them on applicable public security law (especially protective measures and observation).

We draw up all types of end customer, service provider and infrastructure contracts for our clients. If disputes arise in the execution of a contract, we support our clients in arriving at a settlement both in and out of court.
