Prudent business practice often makes it necessary to restructure companies, plants and work processes. We provide advice in this regard on all questions concerning labour law. We clarify whether a transfer of ownership in a business has taken place or can be organised, which employment contracts and shop agreements must be taken into consideration and/or have to be amended, which collective bargaining agreements apply and whether a change to another collective bargaining agreement is possible.

We plan and coordinate the in-company preparatory measures. If necessary, we support companies in their negotiations with works councils, staff councils and trade unions on a balancing of interests and social plans, if necessary also in conciliation board hearings.
