The awarding of public contracts by the government or by state-owned companies is subject to special rules. For bidders we review legal questions relating to the submission of a bid and support them in the procedure.

We advise bidders who do not win a contract on whether it makes sense to initiate a review procedure. We also represent our clients in review proceedings before the public procurement review boards and appeals courts.
