For a builder it is generally significant whether the construction, change, use or changed use of buildings is in compliance with building regulation law as well as zoning and planning law. However, in view of the protection of vested rights, it can be of existential significance for a company whether the current use of land must satisfy more stringent provisions of building law.

Bylaws governing construction projects, in particular municipal zoning plans, can be influenced at an early planning stage; later they must be reviewed and corrected if necessary. We can support you in such planning procedures and represent you in the review of municipal zoning and other plans.

Major individual projects are often organised in project and development plans, which must be prepared by the project developer. We will support you in the preparation of the plans and coordination with the municipal authorities; we will also draft the necessary implementation agreements between the builder as project developer and the municipality.
