Further support of our real estate department: Dr. Stefan Stock

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Stefan Stock, MScRE Investment and Finance (Reading), real estate economist (ebs), has joined our law firm as a partner as of 1 August 2010.

Dr. Stefan Stock spent more than seven years working with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (Cologne) and gained comprehensive experience in national and international real estate transactions and financing, project developments and Asset Management.  

He will strengthen our real estate law department in which Dr. Jürgen Lauer, Dr. Andreas Fink, Dr. Walter Klein and their teams support clients in all aspects related to the acquisition and sale of real estate assets or portfolios. Their services include all questions related to project development and financing, the representation of our clients in court or arbitration proceedings and the advice in matters of planning and environmental law.
