Loschelder Rechtsanwälte was counselling Hahn group on the Acquisition of the ’Alex-Center’ in Regensburg

Loschelder Rechtsanwälte has counselled the Hahn group on the acquisition of the ’Alex-Center’ in Regensburg. Since 1982, the Hahn group is one of the leading asset managers for retail real property and with more than 160 investment funds a significant issuer of closed-end funds. The acquisition of the ’Alex-Center’ was realized by the institutional fund Hahn-FCP-FIS-German Retail Fund headquartered in Luxemburg and managed by the Hahn group and LRI Invest S.A. The investment volume amounts to more than 40 Mio. Euro.

The ’Alex-Center’ in Regensburg was built in 2007 and is classified as hybrid shopping centre. The rental space of the shopping centre runs to approx. 22.300 m². The Kaufland Dienstleistung GmbH & Co. KG is general tenant. The term of the tenancy agreement is 15 years at least. In this object, Kaufland runs a self-service store with various subtenants.
